T-Shirt #500! This deserves something special. How about some cats riding a unicorn on a rainbow in outer space?
Now, I hear what you're saying. "Dave," you say, "What about three wolves howling at the moon?" And I have to agree, that's a pretty good shirt. But it's not me. I am not a three wolf person. Or a moon person. I am cats and unicorns and rainbows and outer space all the way down. And look at that photo. That looks like a man wearing a shirt that makes him happy. And that's what elevats this shirt from great to GOAT.
I wore 365 t-shirts in one year, and it took me 6+ years to go from 365 to 500. That certainly makes it seem like I've been slacking, but do the math! That's still over 20 t-shirts a year. How many t-shirts did you get in that time? I rest my case. But thanks to everyone who's slid t-shirts my way since 2011, especially Commonwealth Press, Jenn Thorson, Jim Munizza, my sisters-in law Allyson and Kathy, my brother Chris, my parents, my in-laws, and most importantly, my lovely wife Dorothy.
And yes, before anyone (doesn't) ask, there are more t-shirts to come. I'll be taking the week off while I go on vacation, but I'll be back on September 18th with shirts you haven't seen before, and posting clear through the end of October. And beyond. Because there will always be new t-shirts.
