Semper Fi (In Space)

Fun Fact: at my high school's senior awards ceremony I was awarded the "Semper Fi Award" for "embodying the spirit of the U.S. Marine Corps." No one could explain what that meant at the time, and I still have no idea. Best guess? All the usual suspects had won too many awards and they wanted to spread it around. Or the teachers handing out the award had a keen sense of irony. And maybe a few beers.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure I could hack it in the Colonial Space Marines, as their primary skill set appears to be making not-that-funny quips, firing semi-automatic weapons wildly in a blind panic, making extremely poor tactical judgments, and serving as unwitting dupes of the military-industrial complex. Hoo-rah! Ship me out to Paris Asteroid or wherever.
